Biography: Rui Pedro aka Nisios was born in Braga-Portugal on 22 Ferbruary 1984. Having an earlyer contact with music as a guitar and drums player in a local band, was only in 1998 that the interest for electronic music began. The first steps were taken on Fasttraker [ an MS-DOS based sequencer ]. Then came the Rebirth, then FruityLoops and finally Reason and Cubase that remain the basis for Nisios sound nowadays. A couple of years after the production started he also starts Dj'ing, first as a Hard House Dj and finally as a minimal techno enthusiast. In October 2001 Imaginando was founded [www.imaginando.net]. In 2004 Imaginando has is first fisical space where the grafic desingn and a sound production studio are combined with an only good friends Dj agency. In 2004 was founded a project named Clone, where the forces of Rui Pedro and Nuno Santos were combined to try pushing up the BreakBeat barriers a little further. The first release came out as Clone in April 2004 with the title "DreamBreaks" and was released by the London based Resin Records. The name Nisios stands for the solo carrier of Rui Pedro as a minimal techno producer.
